She even tried putting deals together involving which showed her ingenuity of abroad section of the market. Connie was very prompt in getting back to you. We were in Texas, so Connie was our local eyes and ears for anything that fit our criteria. This spring, she went to a house that had just come onto the market. Connie took detailed photos and even went out and provided great video footage...we got it under contract prior to even visiting the home. That property is now our DREAM HOME IN THE MOUNTAINS!!! Connie had sold our friends their place so we called and she came right over. She was prepared with a list of homes that fit the criteria we had told her we were looking for. We had a great time looking at properties, eating lunch, meeting her family and learning about the town. On top of that the second day we submitted a contract for a property and had an answer the next day. A few weeks later and we closed.
